The experience gained along so many years led us to understand that those who are in charge of daily operations have little time for post-shipment procedures. Thus, considering the financial and economic impact of not having the export benefits or the availability of quotas in insurance companies in due time and manner, we created the Post-shipment Department in 2002.
The creation of this department has proved to be very efficient in relation to the rendering of our services. This department reports directly to the Operating Management, and its main function is to perform daily procedures such as the collection of reimbursements and other incentives to exports, the settlement of guarantees, the recovery of surety bond policies, and, together with the Account Executives, to carry out the control of deadlines and outstanding remnants of destinations in temporary admissions, through our own information systems.
